CITY COUNCIL WORK SESSION DECEMBER 5, 2001 <br />He stated the City has a Comprehensive Plan and he thought staff would work on the <br />ordinances and then the City Boards would review them. The City needs a very precise <br />plan of attack. <br />Community Development Director Grochala stated staff does know what needs to be <br />done in terms of the ordinances. There are a number of things that can be started without <br />approval of the Comprehensive Plan. The concern is the City will have plats come in <br />before the moratorium is in effect. If there were no task force, the Boards would have less incentive to <br />buy -in to the final result. <br />
