CITY COUNCIL WORK SESSION DECEMBER 12, 2001 <br />Mr. Tyler Howard, resident of Lino Lakes, stated it would be helpful if the City could put <br />in underground utilities. He said he believed that the City might have to pay for that <br />expense. He requested the City explore that option. <br />Community Development Director Grochala stated that is an option and it will be <br />addressed along with the other issues. <br />SOFTWARE LICENSING EXPENSES, AL ROLEK <br />Finance Director Rolek advised that in May 2000, the City Council approved Resolution <br />No. 00 — 66 designating antenna lease revenue for a number of p + + es.
