CITY COUNCIL WORK SESSION <br />DECEMBER 12, 2001 <br />ZONING/SUBDIVISION ORDINANCE UPDATE, MICHAEL GROCHALA <br />Community Development Director Grochala advised the Planning and Zoning Board is <br />preparing to have a public hearing regarding this issue tonight. Staff has had a few phone <br />calls and once the issue was explained the reception was good. <br />City Planner Smyser has met with Al Brixius and discussed the process for the ordinance <br />review that was decided on by Council last Monday night. The GTS workshop will be <br />held on January 26 or February 2, 2002. Staff needs to confirm which date by tomorrow. <br />The results from the public hearing will be provided in the Friday updates. The first <br />reading of the interim ordinance will be on Monday night. <br />Councilmember Reinert suggested the group have meetings eve <br />the process to 6-9 months.
