COUNCIL MINUTES APRIL 22, 2002 <br />approval of their premises permit renewal for their State gambling license for their pull tab operation. <br />The renewal period is for two years, as per State guidelines. <br />Administration Director Tesch also referred to a copy of a memo from the Lino Lakes Police <br />Department indicating that the business and background checks have been completed and the <br />organization is in compliance with City Code. <br />Resolution No. 02 — 38 approves the application for the premises permit renewal. <br />Councilmember O'Donnell moved to adopt Resolution No. 02 - 38, as presented. Councilmember <br />Reinert seconded the motion.
