COUNCIL MINUTES MAY 13, 2002 <br />reimbursable expenses. City staff will contact homeowners and businesses and explain the intent of <br />the assessment and make arrangements for the firm to complete its inspections. <br />Community Development Director Grochala indicated at its April meeting, the EDAC recommended <br />the City Council consider moving forward with determining the feasibility of TIF Redevelopment <br />Districts in the Town Center, as part of long-term planning for the Village project and redevelopment <br />of Lake Drive. <br />Community Development Director Grochala advised staff recommends approval of Resolution No. <br />02-42, hiring Schoell & Madson, Inc. for a TIF Redevelopment District Analysis. <br />Councilmember Dahl requested for clarification the southern boarder of the northernmost proposed <br />TIF District. Community Development Director Grochala indicated the southern boarder of the <br />northernmost proposed TIF District and noted the District wou clude the existing bank building. <br />Councilmember Carlson moved to adopt Resolution No. 02-42, ring'; hoell & Madson, Inc. for a <br />TIF Redevelopment District Analysis.
