The applicant was now suggesting an exposed aggregate and <br />smooth concrete checker option. The applicant has indicated the exposed checker option would be <br />done by a computerized machine that would result in a more uniform checker pattern. Because it will <br />not affect the overall appearance of the building, this substitution will be acceptable. <br />
