CITY COUNCIL WORK SESSION JULY 17, 2002 <br />Councilmember O'Donnell referred to the intersection of Centerville Road and Birch <br />Street. Community Development Director Grochala stated that intersection does have <br />traffic issues. Staff has talked to the County about putting together a management plan <br />for Birch Street. At the last meeting the Council <br />directed staff to proceed to resolve the issues.
