CITY COUNCIL WORK SESSION JULY 17, 2002 <br />Councilmember O'Donnell referred to the intersection of Centerville Road and Birch <br />Street. Community Development Director Grochala stated that intersection does have <br />traffic issues. Staff has talked to the County about putting together a management plan <br />for Birch Street. There is also talk about putting lights at the intersection of Centerville <br />Road and Birch Street. <br />Councilmember Dahl asked if the Planning and Zoning Board took any comments from <br />the Environmental Board and incorporated them into conditions of approval. <br />Community Development Director Grochala stated comments from the Environmental <br />Board have been incorporated into the staff report and conditions of approval. <br />Mr. Matt Wyland, representative for Tollefson Development, Inc., indicated the <br />conditions of approval are acceptable to the applicant. <br />This item will appear on the regular Council agenda Monda 2002, 6:30 p.m: <br />UPDATE ON EMINENT DOMAIN PROCESS FO 11 Nb, JIM STUDENSKI <br />Councilmember O'Donnell stated he understands <br />domain process to be completed.
