CITY COUNCIL WORK SESSION JULY 17, 2002 <br />Mayor Bergeson requested information regarding the next three state aid road projects, <br />the cost estimate of those projects and a fund balance. <br />Mayor Bergeson called for, a short recess at 8:39 p.m. <br />Mayor Bergeson reconvened the meeting at 8:43 p.m. <br />DRAFT LETTER TO ANOKA COUNTY REGARDING CSAH DESIGN <br />MICHAEL GROCHALA <br />Community Development Director Grochala distributed and reviewed a draft letter to be <br />sent to the County regarding the CSAH 49 project. He asked the Council to review the <br />letter and contact him regarding any suggested changes. He noted he would like to send <br />the letter by Friday afternoon. <br />After much discussion, it was determined that the draft lette ' x _'ven to the City <br />Administrator and the Council will give her direction resible changes. <br />CONTINUATION OF COMPREHENSIVE PL <br />GROCHALA, JEFF SMYSER <br />Community Development Director Grochala <br />making any modifications to the Plan. He indicated he feels there is a good chance that the Plan <br />will be approved if the proposed changes are made. <br />Councilmember Carlson asked if there are any other outstanding issues relating to the <br />Plan. City Planner Smyser stated other issues include the transportation plan, height of <br />towers and the current maps. <br />Councilmember Reinert stated he is a little uncomfortable with changing the low density <br />to medium density. <br />
