COUNCIL MINUTES AUGUST 12, 2002 <br />Community Development Director Grochala indicated the City has several requirements for final plat <br />approval: <br />1. Final plat must substantially conform to approved preliminary plat. <br />2. Development agreement, including financial securities. <br />3. Title information approved by City Attorney. <br />4. Conditions of approval (preliminary plat approval) must be met. <br />Community Development Director Grochala indicated the submitted final plat conforms to the <br />preliminary plat. The development agreement was completed and site work is underway. The City <br />Attorney has reviewed the title. City Engineer Studenski <br />rmance with the preliminary plat. <br />as an "as -built" for the final grading approval. <br />n No. 02-87, Approving Final Plat for Royal Pines. <br />PUBLIC HEARING — 21st Avenue Improvement Project, Jim Studenski— City Engineer <br />Studenski advised at the March 12, 2001 City Council meeting, a study was ordered to evaluate the <br />construction of roadways and storm sewer and the associated costs on 21st Avenue, south of Main <br />Street, and a portion of Northern Lights Boulevard. The feasibility report was presented at the April <br />23, 2001 Council meeting. The feasibility report was revised on May 29, 2001, by reducing the <br />length of the street improvements on 21St Avenue. City staff has updated the estimated costs and the <br />project timetable for that report. <br />City Engineer Studenski indicated, following the public hearing, City staff will meet with the <br />Centerville staff to further discuss the proposed project and the Joint Powers Agreement (JPA).
