COUNCIL MINUTES <br />AUGUST 12, 2002 <br />Joan Tschida stated she was upset by the fact that she had been promised by City staff and the City <br />Councils of both Lino Lakes and Centerville that this project would take place in the fall of 1998. <br />She expressed concern that at this point her business does not have a road and she was also concerned <br />about the increase in cost from 1998 to now. She indicated there is a large pothole at the end of the <br />dirt road and this safety issue needs to be addressed as soon as possible. <br />Councilmember Dahl moved, at 9:56 p.m., to close the public hearing for the 21st Avenue Street and <br />Storm Sewer Improvements. The City required a <br />water main pipe size increase and an extension as part of the trunk system, at a cost of $8,129.00. <br />The trunk water main area and unit charges for this development are approximately $49,000.00, for a <br />total increase to the trunk fund of approximately $41,000.00. The City required the sanitary sewer to <br />be installed at a greater depth and an extension as part of the trunk system, at a cost of $11,846.00. <br />30 <br />
