Councilmember Dahl seconded the motion. <br />Motion carried unanimously. <br />Resolution No. 02-91 can be found in the City Clerk's office. <br />Consideration of Resolution No. 02-92, Accepting Quotes and Awarding Contract, Holte Pond, <br />Jim Studenski — City Engineer Studenski advised quotes were received and publicly opened on <br />August 6, 2002. He indicated the co actor will be required to address the underground utilities in the <br />area and any items removed as part of this project, such as property irons, must be replaced. <br />Regarding the pipe itself, the Holtes will be contacted to remove whatever is necessary. <br />Regarding the question of a berm, City Engineer Studenski indicated the pipe will be run through the <br />existing hill and the hill will be graded back to is original contours. Additionally, the pond will be <br />filled to the invert elevation so that it does not continuously hold water. <br />City Engineer Studenski indicated the property owners surrounding this project will be notified of <br />these activities. <br />City Engineer Studenski advised City staff recommends the adoption of Resolution No. 02-92, <br />Accepting Bids and Awarding Contract, West Shadow Lake Drive Street and Utility Improvements. <br />33 <br />
