COUNCIL MINUTES <br />AUGUST 26, 2002 <br />Approval of the Rezoning from R, Rural District to R -1X, Single Family Executive District <br />subject to the following condition: <br />1. The Rezoning shall not be effective until 30 days following publication of the <br />ordinance. <br />Community Development Director Grochala stated staff recommends approval of the Preliminary Plat <br />subject to the following conditions: <br />1.
