CITY COUNCIL WORK SESSION SEPTEMBER 4, 2002 <br />Mr. Mateer advised deliveries are taken between 8:00 a.m. and 1:00 p.m. and no later <br />than 4:00 p.m. He stated he is comfortable with having those hours stated on the <br />conditional use permit. <br />Councilmember O'Donnell asked staff to make a recommendation regarding the delivery <br />hours and include that in the conditional use permit. <br />Community Development Director Grochala advised the Planning and Zoning Board and <br />Environmental Board have reviewed the application and have recommended approval. <br />Ms. Kim (?), Architect for Spirit Hills, presented drawings of the actual building noting it <br />is similar to the Target design. <br />This item will appear on the regular Council agenda Mond. eptember 23, 2002, 6:30 <br />p.m. <br />HOLTE POND UPDATE, JIM STUDENSKI, MICHAEL <br />CHALA <br />City Engineer Studenski advised the Rice Creek Wa <br />approved City's proposed project for the Holte po <br />resolved is what classification of wetland the po <br />criteria for different types of wetland. RCWD needed <br />communication earlier in the process so this situation could have been avoided. <br />Mr. Boeckman, resident, came forward and stated he would like a letter from the City <br />outlining their intent regarding the project. <br />Council directed staff to draft a letter outlining the project. <br />City Engineer Studenski stated there is no issue with the project being completed. <br />4 <br />
