RCWD needed <br />communication earlier in the process so this situation could have been avoided. <br />Mr. Boeckman, resident, came forward and stated he would like a letter from the City <br />outlining their intent regarding the project. <br />Council directed staff to draft a letter outlining the project. <br />City Engineer Studenski stated there is no issue with the project being completed. <br />4 <br />
