CITY COUNCIL WORK SESSION SEPTEMBER 4, 2002 <br />Mayor Bergeson stated he is concerned that if the process is delayed there will be more <br />failing septics. <br />It was the consensus of Council to not add a 2002 road reconstruction referendum on the <br />regular Council agenda Monday night. <br />Mayor Bergeson stated the City does need to write a letter to the residents the projects <br />will affect and advise them the City is beginning the process. <br />FIVE-YEAR PLAN, AL ROLEK <br />Finance Director Rolek stated staff is still looking for direction from the Council <br />regarding the Five -Year Plan. Staff has discovered there is a serious problem in the Civic Center Complex, <br />especially in the Early Childhood Center. The problem relates to temperature control and <br />mold. <br />
