COUNCIL MINUTES SEPTEMBER 23, 2002 <br />Motion carried unanimously. <br />Resolution No. 02-127 can be found in the City Clerk's office. <br />Consider Resolution No. 02-129, Accepting Feasibility Report, Calling for a Public Hearing, <br />Elm Street Reconstruction, Jim Studenski ā City Engineer Studenski explained that the draft <br />resolution accepts the feasibility report and calls for a public hearing for the Elm Street <br />Reconstruction project. He noted the limits of this one -mile project and advised that the deterioration <br />of this roadway has pushed this project to the forefront. He noted this is an MSA roadway which will <br />greatly subsidize funding. He advised that the estimated cost is approximately $2.49 million of which <br />$1.7 million will be funded from MSA, $150,000 from surface water management, about $15,000 <br />from trunk area funds, with assessments making up the remaining $643,000. <br />City Engineer Studenski reviewed the project timetable and aske <br />feasibility report and call for a public hearing on October 28, 20 <br />another neighborhood meeting and present the proposed asse <br />Council to receive the <br />vised that staff will hold <br />at meeting. <br />City Engineer Studenski reviewed dates to complete the s er and water which would be <br />assessed per City policy.
