He noted there is a higher speed limit based on MSA <br />criteria and 62nd Street will be a 36 foot roadway. <br />City Engineer Studenski stated the project is estimated to be shy of $2.3 million and of that about $1.6 <br />million will be funded through MSA funds, about $120,000 from surface water management, $26,000 <br />from trunk area and unit funds, with the remaining $500,000 in assessments. He explained that the <br />majority of assessments are made up through the sanitary sewer and watermain. He stated this project <br />is being pushed due to deterioration of roadway and connection to West Shadow Lake Ponds. <br />City Engineer Studenski reviewed the timetable for spring construction and completion by the fall. <br />He recommended the Council accept the feasibility report and schedule the public hearing for October <br />28, 2002, which follows the projected timetable. He stated additional details will be presented at the <br />work session and public hearing. <br />Councilmember Carlson stated there was some discussion at the • ,>. session about a two -track <br />approach to assure the water and sewer work does not hold up t stre onstruction project. City <br />Engineer Studenski stated that is correct and at the public he g ill take into consideration <br />comments and then move forward with approval of the plan ;► d ' ecifications for the street and <br />storm sewer on both projects. Councilmember Reinert seconded the motion. <br />Motion carried unanimously. <br />Consider Resolution No. 02-82, Approving Site Plan Review and Conditional Use Permit for <br />Russian Baptist Church, north of Ash Street, and west of Baldwin Lake Road, Tanda Gretz — <br />Associate Planner Gretz explained that Agenda item 7E is a Site Plan Review and Conditional Use <br />Permit for Russian Baptist Church. The proposed church site is a 4.6 -acre site in the far southwestern <br />28 <br />
