Public Hearing, Consider FIRST READING of Ordinance 03-04, Vacating Drainage <br />12 and Utility Easements and Accepting New Easements, Lot 2, Block 1, Oak Brook <br />13 Peninsula, Jim Studenski <br />14 <br />15 Mayor Bergeson opened the public hearing at 6:50 p.m., and stated it is the recommendation of staff <br />16 that the public hearing be continued to the April 26th meeting. <br />17 <br />18 Councilmember Dahl moved to continue the public hearing to the April 26, 2004 regular City Council <br />19 meeting. Councilmember Reinert seconded the motion. <br />20 <br />21 Motion carried unanimously. <br />22 <br />23 B. Public Hearing, Consider SECOND READING of Ordinance No. 06-04, Vacating <br />24 Drainage and Utility Easement, Lot 18, Block 4, D. Erickson, 2°d Addition, Jim <br />• 25 Studenski <br />26 <br />27 City Engineer Studenski explained that the Ordinance is to reduce the drainage and utility easement <br />28 across Lot 18, Block 4, Erickson's 2nd Addition, from 20 feet to 10 feet. He stated there haven't been <br />29 any drainage issues there. <br />30 <br />31 Mayor Bergeson opened the public hearing at 6:55 p.m. <br />32 <br />33 There were no public comments. <br />34 <br />35 Councilmember Dahl moved to close the public hearing at 6:56 p.m. Councilmember Carlson <br />36 seconded the motion. <br />37 <br />38 Motion carried unanimously. <br />39 <br />40 Councilmember Dahl moved to approve the SECOND READING and adopt Ordinance No. 06-04, <br />41 Vacating Drainage and Utility Easement, Lot 18, Block 4, D. Erickson, rd Addition, as outlined in <br />42 the staff report. Councilmember Carlson seconded the motion. <br />43 <br />44 Vote: 4 — 0. Councilmember Dahl voted yea. Councilmember Carlson voted yea. Councilmember <br />45 Reinert voted yea. Mayor Bergeson voted yea.
