g. As with all commercial and industrial properties, this site will be required to meet <br />the performance standards for noise, air and water pollution. <br />h. The City may review the conditions of this permit and require the applicant to <br />comply with any changes necessary to ensure the original intent of the permit as <br />well as the health, safety and general welfare of the community. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the Lino Lakes City Council hereby <br />approves a conditional use permit for a truck freight transfer station at 416 Lilac Drive, <br />as indicated on the attached site survey, dated received by the City on April 5, 2001. <br />BE IT ALSO RESOLVED that the following conditions apply: <br />1. All drainage plans are subject to the review and approval of the City Engineer. <br />2. The site's perimeter fence must be repaired and ivy planted along the entire west <br />fence for screening.. <br />3. All signage must comply with the City Sign Ordinance. <br />4. The applicant shall store all refuse materials inside the principal building or <br />provide a trash enclosure in conformance with the standards outlined in Section <br />3, Subdivision 4.G.c. <br />5. Trucks will not be allowed to idle when not in use or between the hours of 6:00 <br />p.m. and 6:00 a.m. <br />6.
