b. Planting schedule (symbols, quantities, common and botanical names and sizes of <br />plant materials) and Planting Detail shall be included for all Open Area, Buffer, <br />Boulevard and Tree Preservation and Mitigation plantings. <br />13. Comments/Revisions to Tree Removal Worksheet: <br />a. Actual tree preservation and mitigation calculations shall be provided in chart <br />format as shown on page 3-44 of Tree Preservation and Mitigation Standards <br />ordinance. <br />b. Please include this chart with calculations on the Tree Removal Worksheet. <br />14. It is strongly recommended that a cul de sac be installed at the northern end of Old Birch <br />Street. <br />15. If a cul-de-sac is not installed at the northern end of Old Birch Street, then the east <br />intersection of Birch Street and Old Birch Street should become a right-in/right-out only. <br />16. The east/west section of Old Birch Street shall be improved with a bituminous overlay <br />per city standards. <br />17.
