4. The proposed use can be accommodated with existing public services and will not overburden the City's service capacity. As the proposed use would be accessory to an existing use, on a developed site, the proposed use will not overburden the city's service capacity. 5. Traffic generation by the proposed use is within capabilities of streets serving the property. Traffic generation of the proposed use would not exceed the capabilities of the surrounding street system for light industrial zoned properites. The Lino Lakes Planning & Zoning Board held a public hearing on the amendment on October 12, 2011, and forwarded this request without a recommendation. Section 2 Amendment of Zoning Ordinance Approved The City Council of Lino Lakes ordains that Section 8, Subdivisions 1.K of the Zoning Ordinance is hereby amended as follows (deleted text in , added text in underline): 1.
