The proposed use can be accommodated with existing public services and will not <br />overburden the City's service capacity. <br />As the proposed use would be accessory to an existing use, on a developed <br />site, the proposed use will not overburden the city's service capacity. <br />5. Traffic generation by the proposed use is within capabilities of streets serving the <br />property. <br />Traffic generation of the proposed use would not exceed the capabilities of the <br />surrounding street system for light industrial zoned properites. <br />The Lino Lakes Planning & Zoning Board held a public hearing on the amendment on <br />October 12, 2011, and forwarded this request without a recommendation. <br />Section 2 Amendment of Zoning Ordinance Approved <br />The City Council of Lino Lakes ordains that Section 8, Subdivisions 1.K of the Zoning <br />Ordinance is hereby amended as follows (deleted text in , added text in <br />underline): <br />1.
