Twenty (20) copies of detailed plans for <br /> construction and site improvements in <br /> detail adequate to assure proper review <br /> of all site requirements established in <br /> this ordinance. <br /> (iii)Proof of Agency Review. The applicant <br /> shall provide proof that the plans <br /> submitted have been approved by the State <br /> of Minnesota Department of Health, and <br /> have satisfied all other federal, state, <br /> county, city and watershed district laws <br /> and regulations. <br /> (D) Compliance with Ordinance. The building official <br /> is hereby authorized and directed to make such <br /> inspections as are necessary to determine <br /> satisfactory compliance with this ordinance, <br /> including the power to enter at reasonable times <br /> upon any private or public property for said <br /> purposes. <br /> (D) Access. It shall be the duty of the park owner to <br /> give the building inspector free access to all lots <br /> at reasonable times for the purpose of inspection. <br /> (7) Manufactured Home Inspection - Permits. No manufactured <br /> home shall be occupied as a dwelling unless a certificate <br /> of occupancy has been issued by the building official. <br /> (A) Installation Permit. No manufactured home shall be <br /> installed without having first applied for, <br /> acquired and received an installation permit from <br /> the building official. <br /> (B) Certificate of Occupancy. Upon receipt of an <br /> application for occupancy, the building official <br /> will promptly inspect the installation to assure <br /> conformance with all requirements of the Minnesota <br /> State Uniform Building Code and all other <br /> appropriate requirements. <br /> (C) Permit Issuance. Upon approval, the building <br /> official shall issue a certificate of occupancy to <br /> the installer. Permit shall state the date of <br /> issuance and shall precisely describe the location <br /> of the manufactured home. <br /> (D) Fees.
