subdivision and collector and arterial roadways: <br /> 20 feet <br /> (4) Permitted Uses. No structures or land shall be used <br /> except for one of the following uses. Also, all <br /> appropriate regulations and standards in Section 5, Subd. <br /> 4 (site and building plan review) and Subd. 6 <br /> (certificate of occupancy) must be satisfied. <br /> (A) Single-family detached manufactured home. <br /> (B) Public parks and playgrounds. <br /> (C) Public utilities. <br /> (D) Municipal buildings and structures. <br /> (5) Conditional Uses. There are no uses permitted by <br /> conditional use permit, except: <br /> (A) Manufactured prefabricated single-family homes or <br /> prefabricated structural sandwich panel homes <br /> meeting State Building Code requirements. <br /> (6) Permitted Accessory Buildings. No accessory building <br /> shall be permitted except for the following (also see <br /> Section 4, Subd. 7, Accessory Building Structures) : <br /> (A) Private garage. <br /> (B) Storage or tool shed. <br /> (C) Tool shed and/or garages shall be constructed and <br /> finished in a manner which is consistent with the <br /> principal structure. <br /> (7) Permit Procedures. No person shall erect, establish, <br /> extend or enlarge a manufactured housing development <br /> within the limits of the City of Lino Lakes without first <br /> obtaining site plan approval from the City Council after <br /> review and recommendation by the Design Review Board. <br /> Approval shall be granted only upon compliance with all <br /> of the following: <br /> (A) The application and review process for a <br /> manufactured housing development, and all site <br /> improvements, shall conform to all of the <br /> requirements of the city's subdivision regulations <br /> as set forth in the city code, except as herein <br /> modified.
