underground water, including, but not limited <br /> to, streams, rivers, creeks, ditches, <br /> channels, conduits, gullies, ravines, washes, <br /> lakes or ponds and structures such as <br /> culverts, drainage tile, dams, bridges and <br /> water storage basins. <br /> (40) Drainageway. Any natural or artificial <br /> watercourse, trench, ditch, swale or similar <br /> depression into which surface water flows. <br /> (41) Drive-In Restaurant. A building or portion <br /> thereof where food and/or beverages are sold <br /> in a form ready for consumption and where all <br /> or a significant portion of the consumption <br /> takes place or is designed to take place <br /> outside the confines of the building, often in <br /> a motor vehicle on the site. <br /> (42) Drive-In Use. An establishment which by <br /> design, physical facilities, service, or by <br /> packaging procedures encourages or permits <br /> customers to receive services, obtain goods or <br /> be entertained while remaining in their motor <br /> vehicles. <br /> (43) Driveway. A private roadway providing access <br /> for vehicles to a parking space, garage, <br /> dwelling or other structures. <br /> (44) Dwelling. A structure or portion thereof <br /> which is used exclusively for human <br /> habitation. <br /> (45) Dwelling, Efficiency. A dwelling unit <br /> consisting of not more than one habitable room <br /> together with kitchen or kitchenette and <br /> sanitary facilities. <br /> (46) Dwelling, Multiple-Family. A structure <br /> containing more than two dwelling units. <br /> (47) Dwelling, Non-farm. A single-family dwelling <br /> located on a farm or otherwise which is not a <br /> farm dwelling. <br /> (48) Dwelling, Single-Family Detached.
