(56) Family. An individual or two or more persons <br /> related by blood or marriage or of not more <br /> than five (5) persons (excluding servants) who <br /> need not be related by blood or marriage <br /> living together in a dwelling unit. <br /> (57) Farm. Real property used for commercial <br /> agriculture or horticulture comprising at <br /> least 40 contiguous acres and which may <br /> contain other contiguous or noncontiguous <br /> acreage, all of which is owned and operated by <br /> a single family, family corporation, <br /> individual or corporation. <br /> (58) Farm Building. Any building or accessory <br /> structure other than a farm or nonfarm <br /> dwelling which is used in a farming operation, <br /> including, but not limited to, a barn, <br /> granary, silo, farm implement storage building <br /> or milk house. <br /> (59) Farm Dwelling. A single-family dwelling <br /> located on a farm which is used or intended <br /> for use by the farm's owner, a relative of the <br /> owner, or a person employed thereon. <br /> (60) Farm, Limited. A limited farm is a food <br /> producing use primarily intended for the use <br /> of the residents and on parcels of from one to <br /> ten contiguous acres in size. Limited farming <br /> uses may include the production of crops, such <br /> as fruits, vegetables, flowers, plants, shurbs <br /> and trees. Animals and domestic pets may be <br /> allowed subject to the provisions of City Code <br /> Sections 502 and 503 . <br /> (61) Farm Structure. Any building or structure used <br /> for agricultural purposes. <br /> (62) Fast-Food Restaurant. An establishment whose <br /> principal business is the sale of pre-prepared <br /> or rapidly prepared food directly to the <br /> customer in a ready-to-consume state for <br /> consumption either within the restaurant <br /> building or off premises. <br /> (63) Feedlot. A confined area or structure used for <br /> feeding, breeding, or holding livestock for <br /> eventual sale in which animal waste may <br /> accumulate but not including barns, pens or <br /> other structures used in a dairy farm <br /> operation. <br /> City of Lino Lakes Zoning Ordinance <br /> ADOPTED 7/13/92 <br /> 10 <br />
