(64) Floor Area, Net. The total of all floor areas <br /> of a building, excluding stairwells and <br /> elevator shafts, equipment rooms, interior <br /> vehicular parking or loading; and all floors <br /> below the first or ground floor, except when <br /> used or intended to be used for human <br /> habitation or service to the public. <br /> (65) Garage. A deck building or structure, or part <br /> thereof, used or intended to be used for the <br /> parking and storage of vehicles. <br /> (66) Garage, Public. A garage other than a private <br /> garage, used for the housing or care of motor <br /> vehicles, or where such vehicles are equipped <br /> for operation repairs, or kept for <br /> renumeration, hire or sale. <br /> (67) Garage, Storage. Any building or premises used <br /> for the storage only of motor-driven vehicles, <br /> pursuant to previous arrangements, not to <br /> transients, where no equipment, parts, fuel, <br /> grease or oil are sold and vehicles are not <br /> equipped, serviced, repaired, hired or sold. <br /> (68) Grading Plan. Existing topography and proposed <br /> finished grades with a contour interval of no <br /> greater than 2 feel clearly indicating the <br /> relationship of proposed changes to existing <br /> topography and remaining features. <br /> (69) Green Area. Land shown on a development plan, <br /> master plan or official map for preservation, <br /> recreation, landscaping or park. <br /> (70) Historic Site. Structure or area of land or <br /> water of historic, archaeological, <br /> paleontological or architectural value which <br /> has been designated as an historic site in the <br /> Federal Register of historical landmarks, the <br /> Minnesota Historical Society, or by a local <br /> governmental unit. <br /> (71) Home Occupation. Any activity by a resident <br /> carried out for business purposes and which <br /> activity is clearly incidental and secondary <br /> to the residential use of the premises, and <br /> which activity does not change the residential <br /> character thereof. <br /> (72) Homeowners Association.
