Said sketch shall also display the following <br /> information: u <br /> (i) The names and addresses of the property owners <br /> with land abutting or having any portion of a <br /> parcel lying within one hundred fifty (150) <br /> feet of any portion of the proposed <br /> conveyance. <br /> (ii) Areas of treecover and marsh or other low <br /> areas, both within the proposed conveyance. <br /> Aerial photographs may be submitted in <br /> satisfaction of this requirement, provided <br /> that they sufficiently show the above <br /> information. <br /> (iii)The location of any utility easements, <br /> roadways, or drainage ditches on or abutting <br /> any portion of the proposed conveyance. <br /> (iv) Indication of how the parcel can be <br /> resubdivided into urban sized lots. <br /> (v) Indication as to where proposed buildings will <br /> be located so as to allow for the future <br /> resubdivision and future streets. <br /> (vi) Indication of areas of suitable soils adequate <br /> for homesite, on-site sewage disposal systems, <br /> and at least one back-up drainfield. An <br /> approximate contour line encompassing the area <br /> of the lot which is at least four (4) feet <br /> above the seasonal high water table. <br /> (C) A brief statement by the owner of the residue of <br /> the parcel of record from which the conveyance is <br /> sought, describing the expected use of said <br /> residue, to the best of said owner's knowledge, for <br /> a period of five years from the date of <br /> application. If the owner has no opinion, "no <br /> opinion" shall be an acceptable response. <br /> (2) The required information shall be submitted to the design <br /> review board for review. In this review, the design <br /> review board shall have authority to require the <br /> submission of additional data, including, but not limited <br /> to, the following: <br /> (A) At the applicant's expense, a survey by a <br /> registered land surveyor of the proposed <br /> City of Lino Lakes Zoning Ordinance <br /> ADOPTED 7/13/92 <br /> 46 <br />
