Any action should be accompanied with reasons for <br /> action taken. <br /> (9) No application for rezoning which has been denied shall <br /> be resubmitted for a period of twelve (12) months from <br /> the date of said order of denial unless all reasons for <br /> denial, as outlined by the city council, have been <br /> satisfied. <br /> Subd. 4. Site and Building Plan Review. <br /> (1) General. All structures, except single-family dwellings <br /> and their accessory buildings, to be constructed in the <br /> city shall require site and building plan approval by the <br /> design review board and city council before a building <br /> permit may be issued by the city's building official. <br /> (2) Applications. Applications for site and building plan <br /> review shall be filed with the city planner and shall be <br /> accompanied by: <br /> An application fee in an amount equal to that required in <br /> Section 9 of this ordinance. <br /> Fifteen (15) copies of site and building plans and supporting <br /> data shall be provided. The following information shall be <br /> provided: <br /> (A) A site plan at a suitable scale (no less than 111 _ <br /> 100' or no greater than 1/211 = 11) , and indicating: <br /> (i) Existing topography having a contour interval <br /> of no greater than 2 feet. <br /> (ii) Suggested plans for proposed storm water <br /> drainage system sufficient to drain and <br /> dispose of all surface water accumulation <br /> within the area, indication of sanitary sewer, <br /> water, gas, electric, etc. , easements, and <br /> written notifications that they have been <br /> reviewed by the city engineer for feasibility <br /> purposes. <br /> (iii)Clear delineation of all streams, water bodies, <br /> and wetlands including normal water level, <br /> high water level and DNR classification. <br /> City of Lino Lakes Zoning Ordinance <br /> ADOPTED 7/13/92 <br /> 51 <br />
