(iv) Landscape plans including species and size of <br /> trees and shrubs. <br /> (v) Locations of all buildings, recreation areas, <br /> utility and service areas, access drives, <br /> parking areas, storage areas, existing and <br /> proposed utility lines, and easements. <br /> (vi) Soil type and soil limitations for the <br /> intended use are to be noted. If severe soil <br /> limitations for the intended use are noted, a <br /> plan or statement indicating the soil <br /> conservation practice or practices to be used <br /> to overcome said limitation shall be made part <br /> of the application.
