(8) Records. The city planner shall maintain a record of all <br /> conditional use permits issued including information on <br /> the use, location, conditions imposed by the city <br /> council, time limits, review dates, and such other <br /> information as may be appropriate. <br /> (9) Changes/Alterations. Any change involving structural <br /> alteration, enlargement, intensification of use, or <br /> similar change not specifically permitted by the <br /> conditional use permit issued shall require an amended <br /> conditional use permit and all procedures shall apply as <br /> if a new permit were being issued. All uses existing at <br /> the time of adoption of this ordinance and automatically <br /> granted a conditional use permit shall be considered as <br /> having a conditional use permit which contains conditions <br /> which permits the land use and structures as they existed <br /> on said date and any enlargement, structural alteration, <br /> or intensification of use shall require an amended <br /> conditional use permit as provided for above. <br /> (10) Procedure. <br /> (A) The person applying for a conditional use permit <br /> shall fill out and submit to the city planner a <br /> "Zoning Form" together with a fee as required in <br /> Section 9 of this ordinance and all city code <br /> related material as requested in Section 5, Subd. <br /> 5. (3) . <br /> (B) The city planner shall refer the application to the <br /> design review board. <br /> (C) The design review board shall consider the <br /> application at its next regular meeting, but not <br /> earlier than fourteen (14) days from date of <br /> submission to the city planner. <br /> (D) The applicant or his representative must appear <br /> before the design review board in order to answer <br /> questions concerning the proposed conditional use. <br /> (E) The report of the design review board shall be <br /> placed on the agenda of the city council at its <br /> next regular meeting following referral from the <br /> design review board but not later than 90 days <br /> after the applicant has submitted the application. <br /> (F) A public hearing on the conditional use permits <br /> City of Lino Lakes Zoning Ordinance <br /> ADOPTED 7/13/92 <br /> 60 <br />
