Pole barn construction and sheet metal exteriors may be <br />permitted in all commercial and industrial districts as <br />a conditional use under the following circumstances: <br />(1) The buildings are accessory structures used for <br />storage of boats, lumber and building supplies, <br />and buses. <br />(2) Completion of a sales or office building shall <br />preceed construction of the boat, lumber and <br />building supplies, and bus storage buildings. <br />Construction of the office and sale area build- <br />ing shall be of approved materials listed in <br />Section (G). <br />(3) As an expansion of a pole barn. The expansion <br />shall not be more than 50 per cent of the gross <br />area of the pole barn as of the date of the passage <br />of this Ordinance. The City shall attach con- <br />ditions to the expansion to maintain and enhance <br />the appearance and function of the building <br />including landscaping and building exterior <br />requirements. <br />11. <br />Save as above amended, said Ordinance No. 2 shall stand as initially passed and <br />as previously amended. <br />The Ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after its passage and <br />publication according to City Charter. <br />Passed by the City Council this 24th day of August <br />ATTEST: <br />, 1987. <br />hlxtu <br />Marilyn G.
