F. Engineer will return reviewed submittals to Contractor by U.S. Postal Service general <br />delivery. If Contractor wants Engineer to expedite return delivery, Contractor shall notify <br />Engineer in writing and reimburse Owner for delivery plus 15 percent mark-up. <br />2.02 OPERATION AND MAINTENANCE MANUALS <br />A. Conform to the requirements of Section 01 78 23. <br />2.03 TEST REPORTS <br />A. Submit 3 copies of all inspections, tests, and approvals required in the Specification. <br />2.04 WELDING CERTIFICATES <br />A. Submit welding certificates for each person by name assigned to do field welding of <br />materials installed under this Contract. Certificates shall indicate that each person has <br />passed tests specified by AWS and shall be submitted prior to execution of any welding. <br />2.05 WARRANTIES <br />A.
