Methods to be used for final stabilization of all exposed soil areas. <br />17. Documentation that the project applicant has applied for the NPDES permit from the <br />Minnesota Pollution Control Agency (MPCA), when applicable. <br />18. A Stormwater Pollution Prevention Plan for projects that require an NPDES permit. <br />4) Construction activity requirements. Any activity subject to a permit under this chapter must <br />conform to the standards of the NPDES general permit regarding construction -site erosion and <br />sediment control. <br />5) Inspections. See also § 1101.012 Inspections and Maintenance of this chapter. <br />a. The applicant shall be responsible for inspection, maintenance and effectiveness of all <br />erosion and sediment control measures until final soil stabilization is achieved. <br />b. The City may inspect the project site and require the applicant to provide additional <br />erosion control measures as it determined conditions warrant. <br />6) Final stabilization. <br />a. Erosion and sediment control measures must be maintained until final vegetation and <br />ground cover is established to a density of 70%. <br />b. All temporary erosion and sediment control BMPs will be removed after all disturbed <br />areas have been permanently stabilized. <br />STORMWATER MANAGEMENT <br />§ 1011.011 STORMWATER MANAGEMENT REQUIREMENTS. <br />1) Stormwater management. A permit incorporating an approved stormwater management <br />plan shall be required for all proposed land development activity including public linear projects, <br />unless otherwise exempted in this chapter, which meets any or all of the following: <br />a.
