Section 0131 19 <br />PROGRESS MEETINGS <br />PART 1 - GENERAL <br />1.01 Description: <br />A. Work Included: To enable orderly review during progress of the work, and to <br />provide for systematic discussion of problems, the Architect/Engineer will <br />conduct project meetings throughout the construction period as is deemed <br />necessary. <br />1.02 Representation: <br />A. Each Contractor and major Subcontractor shall be represented at every meeting <br />by a responsible member of their organization. <br />1.03 Submittals: <br />A. The minutes of these meetings will be recorded by the Architect/Engineer, and <br />each required representative at meetings will be furnished one copy in addition to <br />the Owner. <br />B. The Architect/Engineer conducting meetings, recording, and distributing meeting <br />minutes on behalf of the Owner shall not be construed as coordinating or <br />scheduling Contractor's work. <br />1.04 Decisions/Interpretations: <br />A. All decisions and interpretations given by the Architect/Engineer at project <br />meetings shall be on behalf of the Owner and shall be binding for each Contractor <br />affected. <br />PART 2 - NOT USED <br />PART 3 - EXECUTION <br />3.01 Meeting Schedule: <br />A. Meeting schedule as agreed to by Architect/Engineer and Contractors at pre - <br />construction meeting. <br />B.
