3.02 Meeting Location: <br />A. To the maximum extent practical, meetings will be held at the job site. <br />3.03 Pre -Construction Meeting: <br />A. Pre -construction meeting will be scheduled within fourteen days after the Owner <br />has issued notice to proceed. Provide attendance by authorized representatives of <br />the Contractor and all major Subcontractors. The Architect/Engineer will advise <br />other interested parties and request their attendance. <br />B. Minimum Agenda: <br />1. Organization arrangement of Contractor's personnel, those of <br />Subcontractors, and material suppliers. <br />2. Channels and procedures for communications. <br />3. Construction schedule including sequence of critical work. <br />4. Contract documents including distribution of required copies of original <br />documents and revisions. <br />5. Status of submittal package. <br />6. Processing of shop drawings and other data submitted for review. <br />7. Processing of field decisions and change orders. <br />8. Rules and regulations governing performance of the work. <br />9. Procedures for safety and first aid, security, quality control, housekeeping, <br />and other related matters. <br />10. Name of Contractor's designated "Competent Person" per OSHA. <br />11. Scheduling of project meetings. <br />12. Project record documents. <br />13. Shop drawings. <br />3.04 Project Meetings: <br />A. Attendance: <br />1. To the maximum extent practical, assign the same person or persons to <br />represent the Contractor and major Subcontractors at project meetings <br />throughout the project. Subcontractors, material suppliers, and others may <br />be invited to attend those project meetings in which their aspects of the <br />work are involved. <br />B. Minimum Agenda: <br />1. Review, revise as necessary, and approve minutes of previous meeting. <br />2. Review progress of the work and construction schedule since last meeting, <br />including status of submittals for approval. <br />3. Identify problems which impede planned progress. <br />4. Develop corrective measures and procedures to regain planned schedule. <br />5.
