C. Periodic Reports: <br />1. Contractor shall submit weekly progress reports itemizing daily activities <br />for that period and identifying any problems encountered or anticipated to <br />the Architect/Engineer. <br />2. Comply with the provisions of Section 01 32 26 Construction Progress <br />Reporting. <br />1.04 Penalty: <br />A. Liquidated Damages: <br />1. If the work is not completed in its entirety by the date stated in the <br />contract, the Contractor will pay to the Owner liquidated damages in the <br />amount of $500.00 (five hundred dollars) per calendar day or fraction <br />thereof for additional time required to complete the project. <br />2. Any extensions of time which are authorized in writing by the Owner or <br />his representative will duly extend the period of work with no penalty to <br />the Contractor. <br />PART 2 - PRODUCTS <br />2.01 Construction Analysis: <br />A. Diagram: <br />1. Graphically show the order and interdependence of all activities necessary <br />to complete the work and the sequence in which each activity is to be <br />accomplished as planned by the Contractor and their project field <br />superintendent in coordination with all Subcontractors whose work is <br />shown on the diagram. Activities shown on the diagram shall include, but <br />are not necessarily limited to: <br />a. Project Mobilization <br />b. Submittals and Approvals of Shop Drawings and Samples <br />c. Procurement of Equipment and Materials <br />d. Demolition/Roof Preparation <br />e. Construction <br />f. Sheet Metal <br />g. Miscellaneous Work <br />h. Final Clean-up <br />i. Final Inspection <br />B. The detail of information shall be such that duration times of activities shall <br />normally range from one to thirty days.
