F. Revisions: <br />1. Make all revisions required by the Architect/Engineer. If the Contractor <br />considers any required revision to be a change, he shall so notify the <br />Architect/Engineer as provided for under "changes" in the general <br />conditions. Show each drawing revision by number, date, and subject in a <br />revision block on the drawing. Make only those revisions directed or <br />approved by the Architect/Engineer. <br />G. Revisions After Approval: <br />1. When a submittal has been reviewed by the Architect/Engineer, re- <br />submittal for substitution of materials or equipment will not be considered <br />unless accompanied by an acceptable explanation as to why the <br />substitution is necessary. <br />3.02 Required Submittals: <br />A. Documentation of job site safety: <br />1. Provide evidence of A Workplace Accident and Incident Reduction <br />(AWAIR) program. <br />2. Documentation for person designated as "Competent Person" per <br />Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA). <br />B. Submit shop drawings as detailed in 2.1 for the following: <br />1. Roof -Related Sheet Metal <br />2. Other Sheet Metal <br />C. Manufacturer's Literature: <br />1. Submit product literature on roof membrane and all pertinent accessories <br />supplied by manufacturer. <br />2. Submit product literature on insulation(s), indicating "R" value. <br />3. Submit product literature on all fasteners to be used on project. <br />4. Submit product literature on all caulking and sealants to be used on the <br />project. <br />5. Submit MSDS sheets for hazardous materials. <br />6. Submit a copy of the completed Manufacturer's Pre -Installation Notice. <br />D. Samples: <br />1.
