3. At new openings in walls and where pipe insulation has been removed and <br />piping penetrates fire rated construction, it will be the responsibility of this <br />Contractor to provide approved fire stopping for each and every opening. <br />Such fire stopping shall be installed, inspected, and approved before the <br />final sections of pipe insulation are placed at such openings. <br />C.
