M. All bids will be considered and contract let to successful bidder upon the basis of <br />all such addenda, whether or not in fact received by him. <br />3.03 Bidding Procedures: <br />A. Completion of Bid Proposal <br />1. Complete in duplicate. <br />2. Fill in all blank spaces in ink or by typewriter. <br />3. Initial any alteration, correction or deletion as approved by bidder, or in <br />case of a corporate bidder, by duly authorized officer. <br />4. Furnish signed certification explaining alterations. <br />5. It is mandatory for each bidder to bid any and all alternates and unit prices. <br />6. Include all labor, material and equipment for incorporation of alternate or <br />unit prices into base bid construction according to drawings, schedules and <br />specifications. <br />7. Should alternate construction not result in a change in contract sum, enter <br />"no change" in appropriate space on proposal form. <br />8. State all prices in writing and in figures on bid form. <br />9. In case of a difference in written words and figures, amount stated in <br />writing governs. <br />10. Do not stipulate in bid any conditions not contained in contract documents <br />unless specifications indicate that alternative materials, equipment or <br />methods will be considered. <br />11. In this case, a space will be provided for such alternate. <br />12. Owner will consider informal any bid not prepared and submitted in <br />accordance with the provisions hereof and may waive any informalities or <br />reject any and all bids. <br />13. Any bid may be withdrawn prior to scheduled time for opening bids or <br />authorized postponement thereof. <br />14. Bids not acted upon by Owner within thirty (30) days after opening date <br />may be withdrawn at bidder's option. <br />15. Date bid form. <br />16. Indicate addenda received - on bid form. <br />17. Indicate attendance at guided tour - on bid form. <br />18. Indicate completion time in calendar days - on bid form. <br />19. Submit bid in duplicate on forms furnished. <br />B. Substitutions <br />1. Bid only on materials, equipment and procedures specified. <br />2.
