RCWD has reviewed the <br />stormwater management plan and erosion and sediment control plan and issued a <br />CAPROC for Permit #15-094. <br /> <br />A stormwater maintenance agreement shall be required. <br /> <br />Public Utilities <br /> <br />The site is served by a 16” ductile iron watermain and 12” sanitary sewer line located <br />along CSAH 34/Birch Street which can accommodate the demands of the proposed <br />school addition. <br /> <br />Landscaping and Tree Preservation Plan <br /> <br />The school was built in 1992 prior to the regulations of the current landscape ordinance. <br />Existing landscaping consists of grass, trees and landscaped rain gardens. The new <br />addition will match existing landscaping conditions and additional canopy cover, <br />foundation landscaping and open area landscaping will not be required. <br /> <br />Seven trees will be removed and two existing trees have already been relocated on site. <br />Grass will be planted between the addition and sidewalk similar to existing building. <br />Rain gardens will be planted with appropriate materials and landscaping. <br /> <br />Seven replacement trees are required and shall be shown on the landscape plan. <br />Irrigation is required for all grass and landscaped areas. <br /> <br />Architectural Plans and Exterior Building Materials <br /> <br />The addition meets the building type and construction for institutional facilities.
