of city official in a very broad manner to include <br />anyone designated by the member city. <br />Recommendation: <br />The council should discuss how the city wishes to fill <br />the committee assignments. Assignments could be filled <br />by vote or simply according to a priority list, for <br />example, 1. City Council members choose, 2. staff <br />members choose, 3. PZ commissioners choose, 4. Other <br />commission members choose 5. former commission members <br />choose 6.
