Motion passed 5 – 0. <br /> <br />Tom Armstrong, 8280 15th St. N., spoke on behalf of his parents stating they are not opposed to <br />the project and noted that the storage facility on their property is not in ag preserve. <br /> <br />Councilmember Holtz, seconded by Councilmember Dragisich, moved TO CLOSE THE <br />PUBLIC HEARING. FOR THE BID <br />AMOUNT OF $381,004.40 FOR THE 15TH STREET NORTH IMPROVEMENTS. Roll call <br />vote taken.
