Motion passed 5- 0. <br /> <br />ITEM 22: Accept Feasibility Report and Call for Improvement Hearing, and Approve <br />Plans and Specifications and Order Advertisement for Bids for the Hudson Blvd Segment <br />A Improvements <br /> <br />City Engineer Griffin presented the location map, proposed improvements, costs and proposed <br />assessments, findings and recommendations. <br /> <br />Councilmember Hirn, seconded by Councilmember Holtz, moved TO APPROVE <br />RESOLUTION NO. 2024-053, RECEIVING THE FEASIBILITY REPORT, CALLING <br />HEARING ON IMPROVEMENT, APPROVING THE PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS, <br />AND ORDERING THE ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS FOR THE HUDSON <br />BOULEVARD IMPROVEMENTS SEGMENT A, FROM INWOOD AVENUE (CSAH 13) <br />TO 1,400 FEET EAST OF JADE TRAIL. Roll call vote taken. Motion passed 5 – 0. <br /> <br />ITEM 6: Zoning Text Amendments <br /> <br />Contract Planner Fuerst provided an overview of the proposed changes. Discussion was held <br />regarding parcel sizes and allowed uses.
