253 We're becoming generic and Woodbury 2 all for the sake of growing tax base. Chasing
after the same businesses, housing developments etc as every other suburb. No vision for
preservation. No water and yet grow grow grow.
254 I love the "hallmark town" feel and would love to see that preserved
256 Please keep the small town atmosphere!
259 The warehouse area and baseball area is very run down compared to other l
communities. Not a place I enjoy dropping my child off at.
263 Keep it safe, clean and bicycle friendly
265 My husband and I moved to the Village because we like the charm and small town feel. I
think it would be a disservice to the community to make it feel overdeveloped when it is
such a charming town.
266 I appreciate the city actually asking about what to do. Everyone has their own opinion,
and we live in the world where ones opinion is hated by another persons opinion. So
best of luck on getting something that can satisfy everyone
275 More designated paved paths for further accessibility/ recreation such as by lake,
manning, dirt road
289 N/A
292 No
299 Connect new neighborhoods (Eaton and Northport) off 30th street via village parkway to
downtown. 30th street and lake elmo ave are too congested
303 It's got a lot of great busiesses (Lake Elmo In , Sunshine, Establish, etc.). It would be
great to clean up some of the less attractive elements (like the boat storage area/silo)
and add more quality restaurants and shopping.
305 Not at this moment - that could change.
306 We need more conveniences.
307 Needs more entertainment family friendly
308 It is a great area to raise a family but needs more things for families to enjoy
309 NA
316 Don't allow a corporation or large franchise
ResponseID Response
