591 Stop building houses.
598 We have great business owners, want to continue fostering and supporting that in our
community.
600 I think the City must solve infrastructure issues before anything happens. Water needs to
be the #1 priority. Why should I own a high priced home and not be able to water my
lawn and landscaping. The current water ban is all wrong. Don't add more housing until
this is FIXED. I've live here only 3 years and I am considering moving out of the area
because of it and the lack of thinks to do or dine.
601 No more houses. You guys have done a terrible job with these new neighborhoods. You
have ruined the feel of lake Elmo.
605 I would have preferred to keep Lake Elmo the way it was. Small town feel minutes from
the metro. That is not what you have in mind. Everything you are proposing destroys
what Lake Elmo was for so many years and what attracted so many of us to call it home.
607 I live in Easton village and absolutely love the downtown strip. I would like to see
continued growth of local establishments that are beneficial and used by the local
community.
613 It has the potential to be a great area if more retail and dining options could be brought
in.
616 Better enforcement of codes, etc
623 Thx for making this timely electronic opportunity to respond.
627 There's so much untapped potential.
629 We have enough housing and with the water issues, not sure why we would be
considering more residential
637 Keep it quaint.
639 It needs to expand significantly- the downtown is much too small for the population and
expected growth
641 Keep it small town. We moved here for the small town feel. If we wanted a large suburb
we wouldn't moved to Stillwater, Oakdale or Woodbury.
ResponseID Response
