Issues Addressed since Preliminary Plat All issues that were raised during the preliminary plat have been addressed. The engineering, landscaping, fire, and Washington County comments were addressed. The legal descriptions of the property have been corrected to only include the north Schiltgen Parcel, MNDNR approved the shoreland tiering, all conditions were met for VBWD approval and all other required permits are in place. Infrastructure Improvements The development will have access to Lake Elmo Avenue and Legacy at North Star development. The main access will be via Lake Elmo Avenue with two additional accesses from the north via Legacy at North Star. Two accesses were provided in North Star 1st Addition. Additional right of way was provided on both Lake Elmo Avenue and Stillwater Boulevard for future road improvements.
