<br /> <br /> <br />4 <br /> <br />Engineers (USACE) in May 2021 via joint application for wetland <br />delineation concurrence. In June 2021, VBWD conducted an on-site <br />review of the completed wetland delineations and provided their <br />concurrence of the delineations via a Minnesota Wetland <br />Conservation Act Notice of Decision dated July 1, 2021. The Notice <br />of Decisions and supporting documents were included in the original <br />CUP application. <br /> <br />• “The 3‐new proposed Xcel Energy above ground power poles, to <br />be installed to support the site interconnection, must be installed a <br />minimum of 55 feet south of the centerline of 50th Street to locate <br />the utilities within the designated utility corridor for the roadway <br />right‐of‐way.” <br /> <br />Acknowledged. The 3- new proposed Xcel Energy above ground <br />power poles will be installed a minimum of 79 ft south of the <br />centerline of 50th Street N, as shown on the Site Plan included as <br />Appendix B (as well as on the certified ALTA/NSPS Land Title <br />Survey provided as Appendix A). <br /> <br />• “No waste water management or drinking water supply is required <br />to support the proposed site development.” <br /> <br />Correct. <br /> <br />“Stormwater Management <br />• The Site Plan shows a potential stormwater infiltration basin <br />intended to address stormwater management requirements and <br />storm water calculations were submitted to support the basin sizing. <br />However, the site is subject to a storm water management plan <br />meeting State, Watershed District and City rules and a permit will be <br />required from the Valley Branch Watershed District (VBWD). The <br />Stormwater Management Plan must therefore be revised and <br />resubmitted, demonstrating compliance with City and VBWD rules, <br />and must be prepared and signed by a registered professional <br />engineer in the State of Minnesota.” <br /> <br />Acknowledged. A Stormwater Management Plan meeting the City <br />and VBWD rules, prepared and signed by a registered professional <br />engineer in the State of Minnesota will be provided prior to issuance <br />of City permits for the project as discussed with Planning Director <br />Molly Just on January 22, 2021 via email. <br /> <br />• “The Stormwater Management Plan must provide a pre and post <br />condition rate control analysis of the site, including pre and post
