All renewals <br />are contingent upon approval by the Washington County Sheriff’s Department and review by the <br />Minnesota Department of Public Safety, Alcohol and Gambling Enforcement. <br />ISSUE BEFORE COUNCIL: <br />Should Council approve the requested license renewals? <br />PROPOSAL DETAILS/ANALYSIS: <br />The City has received liquor license renewal applications for 2026 from the following establishments: <br />Lakewood Tavern <br />Village Wine and Spirits <br />Oishii Sushi <br /> The appropriate fees have been paid and all required documentation has been provided. <br />FISCAL IMPACT: <br />Renewal fee for each license has been received. <br />OPTIONS: <br />1.Approve license renewals <br />2.Deny license renewals <br />RECOMMENDATION: (if pulled from Consent) <br />“Motion to approve 2026 Liquor License Renewals as presented.”
