Plans and Specifications were approved, and <br />an Advertisement for Bids was Ordered at the January 6th meeting. The project was advertised on <br />QuestCDN.com and in the Stillwater Gazette in accordance with the Minnesota Competitive Bidding <br />requirements. <br />ISSUE BEFORE COUNCIL: Should the City Council Accept Bids and Award a Construction Contract <br />for the 2026 Street Improvements? <br />PROPOSAL DETAILS/ANALYSIS: The 2026 Street Improvements include pavement rehabilitation of <br />three neighborhoods programmed for construction in 2026, as categorized below: <br />Lake Elmo Heights <br />26th Street North, Inwood Avenue North to Imperial Avenue North <br />27th Street North, Inwood Avenue North to Imperial Avenue North <br />Imperial Avenue North <br />Innsdale Avenue North, 27th Avenue North to CDS <br />Lake Elmo Heights (Access from Stillwater Boulevard) <br />Innsdale Avenue North, Stillwater Boulevard to CDS <br />Eagle Point Creek Estates <br />Inwood Avenue North, Stillwater Boulevard to CDS
