Council <br />discusses list at worksession and the majority of the council has to agree to move it to a future <br />worksession and have staff gather information for discussion. <br />Hugo -Council can add items. Then the councilmember would explain item to council and then if <br />it is the consensus of the council to move forward with the item they would direct staff to provide <br />analysis and recommendation at future council meeting.
