Analysis of other sports and non-sports amenities as determined after <br />community engagement (see task 2). This should include a financial analysis with <br />revenue and expense projections. Uses with substantial maintenance costs should be <br />identified. <br /> <br />Task 2: Community Engagement. The Consultant team is expected to lead and design <br />an inclusive engagement process to inform the development of the plan and to engage <br />the community in all potential uses including the sports facilities. <br /> <br />Community engagement strategy should include: <br />• Developing survey questions for an upcoming National Community Survey (NCS) <br />using appropriate analysis and recommendations <br />• A webpage dedicated to the project <br />• Updates to appropriate City commissions <br />• Town halls/special events <br />• City staff and Project team coordination <br /> <br />Confirmed uses will include: <br />• Baseball and softball fields (5-6) <br />• Soccer fields (4) <br /> <br />Amenities to Explore: <br />• Pickleball courts <br />• Disc golf <br />• Amphitheatre <br />• Farmer’s market area <br />• Food truck area with electrical connections <br />• Shelters, seating areas, and restrooms
